We are a Business Communications technology provider based out of Ontario, Canada but can provide remote services to most areas of Canada.
We built our practice on the industry leading Avaya Unified Communications and Contact Center product lines, focusing primarily on the small to mid market product set. With over 20 years of experience we have have seen many products over our time.
We are a Technology Solutions provider first and foremost, with a wealth of experience and technical knowledge that are important to customers across multiple industries and verticals. Our experience ranges from small customers with complex needs to large customers with relatively simple needs.
Our goal is to at the very least meet our customers expectations, but we always aim to exceed them. We don’t believe in placing all similar customers into a common bucket. From experience, there are lots of similarities amongst customers in certain business verticals, but everyone is unique and it’s important to understand that. What’s important to you, is important to us. We are solution focused, which simply means we will suggest / offer the right solution to meet your needs. On the fence between on-premise and cloud ?
