While Voice technologies is the core area of our expertise, we understand the role that networking technologies such as firewalls, routers and network switches play in the success of your voice quality. Whether it be working with class of service values or DSCP, we understand what is needed.

We understand many of the requirements involved in ensuring good voice quality when connected to cloud based UCAAS and CCAAS solutions.

We have been engaged to help find and fix issues with VoIP where others have been unsuccessful. Our team has a unique ability to focus on the big picture, not just the element that they are responsible for. We have experience working on Linux and Windows operating systems.  Our team has a good understanding and knowledge of working with DNS servers, Web Servers, certificates, reverse proxies plus networking protocols such as LLDP / LDAP etc.
